#CatBoxSunday Story: Moet, the Blind Cat who Continues to Melt our Hearts ❤️🐾

I want to share about one of our purrriest (that’s prettiest in cat talk) and smartest furriend, a Persian cat named: Moet, known as “the blind cat.”

Born with beautiful white fur, Moet wasn’t always blind, but a series of unfortunate events made her loose both of her precious eyes.

Her life story started quite sad, abandoned and neglected as a kitten, her future originally looked bleak.

Living in devastatingly poor conditions inside a cage in Oman, locked up, dirty, ignored, and unwanted (which I can’t even comprehend why anyone would ignore such a wonderful creature like that!), she unfortunately developed an eye infection that would later claim her precious eyesight.

All locked up and destined to remain there, her fate suddenly changed as one caring individual came to the rescue and things started looking better for Moet.

Although help may have come too late to save her eyesight, she was saved just in time and offered a second chance at life. Moet would continue growing as a very normal and healthy cat, eventually becoming known all over, thanks to her mom and social media!

She is now making friends in the UK, Italy, Canada, Japan, US and beyond!

All through the web, Moet reaches out with the help of her new mom, and best friend, to inspire others.

We enjoy following her on Twitter, an account frequently updated by mom with photos and videos so that every one of us can enjoy her mischief as a cat and we now hold a very special place within us for a sweet cat that continues to melt our hearts.

Although she may be a blind cat, she is a perfect little darling, who chases, plays, jumps, fetches, is intuitive and oh so smart, just as a cat would be. 😻 And all this happened thanks to the kindness of a stranger.

I am fascinated and always commend angelic messengers such as this kind stranger whose actions helped create such a beautiful ripple effect in others’ lives.

Now Moet’s future would be changed for the better. Moet would get a second chance!
