The song “Happy” can pretty much summarize my cats when they’re playing. And when they’re playing is when they look most adorable.

(Oh and when they nap)

(And when they eat too).

Ok, pretty much all the time (except when Pinty tries to get on the dining room table, Grrr!)

These playful kitty cats are the perfect example of “Happy!”

Our pets can be the happiest bunch.

My cats, like many cats, really live happy lives.

Sadly, many don’t start out this way 😦 Many pets are abandoned, homeless, and in worst cases: abused. Even my lil lady Lia was living in such deplorable conditions I just had to take her home with me!

I love that there are so many great folks out there that are willing to rescue animals and provide them with a  loving and playful forever home. Whoever you are: THANK YOU.

These little furballs may not vocalize their gratefulness but we can see it in their eyes.

And when they do go OTRB, we can be so thankful to have spent quality time with them and given such a huge part of our hearts for their sweet love in return.

On the weekends we get to spend extra quality time with our furry friends (furriends) and boy do they love it. Personally I think they are just as excited for the weekend as we are!
